5/5 for all the staff who are extremely courteous, helpful and kid, 3/5 as the rooms are outdated, not working properly specially the shower and sink (on private villa. Need to contain flies all over to give guests pleasant experience. Overall, we had a nice time. Thank you

The safety box in one of the rooms in Rm 23, kept trying to work, even changed the batteries but never worked. There was no instructions on how to use the phone. The food choices was really good, Josh was very helpful serving us Dinner one night. The bar happy hour was great. The people who changed and clean our room was very honest, i left my gold necklace and never touched, they or he is commendable. we will surely go back and stay in Coco Resort with our grandchildren.

Close to beach, but the beach isn’t great. Pool was excellent and area was clean and well maintained. Rooms were clean and nice and free breakfast is always a plus. No real complaints except the front staff weren’t real friendly and the beach is separate from the main town and not so clean.

Great location on the beach. Beautiful sunset views. Breakfast was included and very tasty. The grounds were well kept and staff very friendly. Easy to get tricycle transportation and very inexpensive. The secondary pool by the beach bar was usually not used and great to soak in after a long day

Beautiful resort amd great location

Excellent stay! Beautiful rooms and a great location. The beach bar is the perfect place to watch the sunset! Lots of other restaurants near by. The hotel staff are all very friendly and looked after us very well. Thank you! Overall very good value for money and we would love to come back one day.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. The resort itself is located in a very convenient location to all the restaurants while not being immediately in the town center. We enjoyed the massages at their spa and the staff were very helpful in arranging our tours and transportation. The rooms were cozy and comfortable and ours even included a small personal pool or jacuzzi. We would be happy to stay here again.

Staff was great, friendly, courteous and helpful in guiding on daily activities.. Food at the resort was convenient and good, if you don’t want to travel far for food. We had breakfast there every morning and left on time for our island tours. Many motor tricycles just outside the resort.

Great location with the beach just outside. Many good restaurants close by. Good ac in the room. Many options for breakfast. Nice little beach bar. Easy to book boat trips, scooter rental etc. from the reception. Nice massage service. Beautiful common areas!

Nice relaxing stay

Very pleasant stay! They have a small space but make very good use of it, it never felt crammed. Two small pool areas, a quite good restaurant, and a beach bar. Beach access which is very nice - the beach is not the absolute best in El Nido, but it's nice that the hotel is not closed in like many others. Bring bugspray because there are lots of mosquitos! Also lots of really small ants that are harmless but a bit annoying. A carpet in the entryway of the room would have been good to help with not pulling in sand.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at El Nido Coco resort. All the staff was friendly and helpful, the gardens are well kept and maintained. Their restaurant had a great selection of breakfasts to choose from, and we had dinner there a few times The food was good and reasonably priced. I would recommend this garden resort to anyone visiting El Nido. Great location as well, distance from the airport is about 20mins which is good, and around 10mins for the centre and where most of the tours start from.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The beachfront dining area and pool was not private from the public and vendors and I did not like being harassed by the vendors when trying to relax. Fridge was very tiny.

Stayed here for 3 days this December '23 and loved the hospitality of the staff. They definitely went the extra mile to keep our family of three happy! During our stay, we had relaxing massages, a home cooked meal from the local market and lounged around the cozy pool and bar areas without thinking about the time! I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a safe, friendly and relaxing environment, mere footsteps from the beach in El Nido! I can't wait to see you again El Nido Coco! Keep up the great work!

Coco resort

Check on was extremely slow considering we were the only ones and came a day late. Our room was not ready even though we paid for the night before. The bungalow was well kept and clean The breakfast was good. We did eat at the restaurant but better food else where. I booked a tour and was given the wrong one the receptionist told me it was my fault that I had signed for it. Which was untrue I never signed for it. Other than that my stay was perfect

There were both positives and negatives to our stay. On the plus side, the room was clean, quiet, and fairly spacious. The main pool by reception was lovely, and the resort's garden landscape was well-maintained and beautiful. However, the service at the restaurant was disappointing. While breakfast was included, the staff was not welcoming, and we often felt like a burden—especially with Mark, who was quite rude. The food was average, and we always had to ask for watermelon and juice as no one went the extra mile. Additionally, the mattress in the room was uncomfortable, with noticeable springs—it could definitely use a mattress topper.
