「The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything yet fairly quiet with an amazing view. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was safe and clean. Most importantly for me, the bed was comfortable :)」

「As soon as I walked into the lobby, I felt at home. It smelled so fresh & luxurious. Staff were so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to see us. Our room was very well appointed with a modern bathroom, mini bar with sink/counter, mini refrigerator, Nespresso machine & hot kettle. Beds were very comfortable & we slept well. The view from the pool on the rooftop was breathtaking and the food from A Cliff Kitchen was outstanding. Super happy we chose Amari by Vivere in El Nido with its modern...

「The staff are absolutely the best of all the places we’ve stayed in the Philippines. They adhere to the highest quality of customer service. We’re also thankful for the spa and gym staff. They keep the sauna area and gym impeccable. The food served at Gana restaurant are delicious and the servers and cooks are all great! And don’t miss out on dinner at Henri’s. Every one of the shuttle drivers and boat crew, including Mike at conscierge are absolutely top notch. Our butlers (Anne and Ralf)...

「If you want a hotel right on the main strip and just off the beach, close to all the best bars, restaurants and other amenities ( laundry, pharmacy, massage, mini market) it doesn’t get much better than The Town. Our room was large, clean and well appointed and best of all the Staff were so cheerful and happy to help. Nothing was too much, and all with a smile and positive attitude which just gave a real family feel to the place. Couldn’t fault The Town for simple, clean accommodation with a...

「太棒了」

「Chambre propre Rénovation récente」

「The facility was clean, and the unit we stayed in was very pleasant. The staff members were all very helpful. However, the glamping area may not suit seniors with mobility concerns. We had an issue with the air conditioning at check-in, but they promptly resolved it by moving us to an alternate unit. Although this caused some hassle with packing and unpacking, the rest of our stay was amazing, thanks to the beautiful natural views. The food was satisfactory, and the à la carte breakfast was...

「The staff was really nice as other travelers' reports. However, the accommodation was disappointing. There was no chair in the room. You know, everyone get dirty and dusty after a tour in El Nido. You don't offer a chair, now that visitors can not help but sit on the floor or the bed. The towels were yellowish. The stream of tap water was very unsteady. One should repeatedly ask the kind staff to adjust it. After the adjustment, the stream might be strong enough......for a while. There...

「great place, service is good, but a little problem with the hot shower system」

「good」

「My husband and I had such a wonderful stay & what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible staff. Their warmth, attentiveness & genuine hospitality made us feel so welcomed and cared for from beginning to end. ❤️ Rozel - was absolutely amazing! She was always quick to respond whenever I had questions or inquiries, making everything smooth & stress-free. ☕🍹 Marty - made our mornings and relaxing moments extra special, from our coffee and tea to our beverages and cocktails. His service...

「Clean and quiet room, helpful staff who arranged everything during my stay!! Hotel will turn off water pressure at late night hour, but a phone call to the reception will solve it.」
