"Everything about the place was amazing except some of the loud guests in the pool and in the corridors! Pools were amazing when not crowded. The saunas and jacuzzi was pretty good as were the cinema and karaoke space rooms. Of course, there is also the ease of being about to walk downtown, to the waterfront and South Lake Union restaurants!"

"Always a delightful stay while enjoying a few days in Seattle. Oliver's really makes it special. "

"Good location near convention center. Staff were really nice. Breakfast was Ok. First room I was in had no hot running water. Barely warm after a long wait. Had room changed ok, but put into an handicap assessable room, with small old TV and noise from the freeway. Hotel was shabby in places in the room corridor and elevators were worn out and did not seem in good state."

"The first room we got was very small and not remodeled like the pictures I saw when I booked the hotel. The staff was amazing and was able to accommodate me and switched me rooms. The new room was much nicer, however the AC did not work and I had to sleep with the window open. I did report the AC however I’m assuming it slipped their mind. I also asked for fresh towels, and that was forgotten as well."

"Room was clean, and the staff were kind, responsible, and attentive. The AC was very convenient to use. Overall, this was one of the best hotels I have stayed at."
