「Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also...

「The room was great. All the essentials. Easy check in. There is a little trick to pushing the door when getting in so it was tricky at first but the host was very helpful in trouble shooting. The pool is available but cold. The pool is shaded most of the time so what we thought would be a lot of fun wasn't. Neighborhood is perfect for a family. Train station, buses and restaurants were great. 」

「Very good location in center of Madrid with 5 mins walk to Gran Via, the main shopping and commerce area of central Madrid. Great coffee shops at the corner of the street of the apartment, and quite a few good restaurants near by. Street was quiet during my stay. Concierge downstairs was very friendly and helpful, spoke English very well. Only thing I could commented would be the shower cubicle is a bit small and has no basket nor shelf to put my shower amenities.」

「Convenient location, close to everything. Good size apartment with all basics, great distribution and modern decor. Self Check-in and out process is automated and simple to use. Highly recommeded for a short or long stay in Madrid. 」

「Cama muito confortável. Quarto espaçoso e cozinha compartilhada. Sentimos falta de uma pia na cozinha com torneira. No geral, ótimas comodidades e excelente localização. Há duas máquinas de lavar roupas disponíveis para os hóspedes utilizarem. A Lola foi muito atenciosa e simpática ao nos receber e durante a estadia. 」
