「It is good for a stop over only. Very basic and decoration is dated. We visited in winter and could not appreciate the garden and the pool. I am sure summer will be better for staying in this hotel.」

「A place with character and very clean with amazing and helpful staff. ...but very inconvenient for non-resident since the check in is under a software link and no work properly as the disadvantages for the amount of applications thst exist today to downloading the required info!!!...I guess that a 24/7 deck services is highly needed 😉 」

「The reason for the terrible rating is - No meal at the Hotel so I ask the reception where I could eat, they pointed me in the direction of a local bar. Had something to eat there at 21:00hrs and by 23:00hrs I was having terrible stomach pains. (before eating at this bar I had had a continental breakfast before leaving the ship at Bilbao) By 02:00hrs diahorrea makes an appearance. There was no staff at the Hotel that I could call and I was too worried about leaving my room. So no help during the...

「Feels great from check in service. They gave a us a room that can see the old town. Quick access to the old town from behind the hotel. Parking is free and within hotel secure premises.」

「La habitación bien, justo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta en la ciudad, además está en el centro por lo que no dependes de vehículo, que lo puedes dejar aparcado. Lo único, que hacía bastante frio esa noche y tuvimos que llamar para pedir otro edredón. Nos lo trajeron en 10 minutos y fenomenal. Apenas hablamos con el personal pues es todo online, pero resultó bastante fácil.」
