「The reason for the terrible rating is - No meal at the Hotel so I ask the reception where I could eat, they pointed me in the direction of a local bar. Had something to eat there at 21:00hrs and by 23:00hrs I was having terrible stomach pains. (before eating at this bar I had had a continental breakfast before leaving the ship at Bilbao) By 02:00hrs diahorrea makes an appearance. There was no staff at the Hotel that I could call and I was too worried about leaving my room. So no help during the...

「Beautifully maintained property in a quiet riverside location. Efficient & friendly staff. Our suite was outstanding . Dinner & breakfast excellent. Only one small criticism - no complimentary water in the room.」

「No proper parking and no luggage assistance — we had to carry heavy bags up about 15 steps. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, with only one staff member at check-in. The room on the left has a nice view and is clean, but the strong artificial fragrance made it hard to sleep. No breakfast service, and it’s difficult to find a proper morning meal nearby. Not suitable for elderly guests or anyone who has difficulty with stairs or heavy luggage.」

「Chambre grande au 3ème étage avec 3 lits simples Je n’ai vu personne, les consignes reçues étaient claires. Chauffage un peu trop bas, vu les températures extérieures à 2 degrés 」
