"Nice breakfast and garden"

"Beautiful and sparkling clean rooms set in a really wonderful piece of land. The photos don't do it justice! My one complaint would be that we had heard so much about the wonderful breakfasts and were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the more extensive menu is exclusively offered to people stopping in for breakfast only. We would have happily paid to upgrade from our free breakfast! "

"Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hideaway Hotel. The food was exceptional, and the Mandarina restaurant truly stood out—every dish felt thoughtfully crafted and delicious. The attention from the staff was outstanding, always warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made the experience even more special. The spa was incredible—perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. We also loved the trails near the river, which added a beautiful nature element to the stay. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel for a romantic getaway, highly recommended"

"We didn’t stay long. We had a reservation for two nights, but decided to move on after the first. We had booked a tour and left early in the morning, but decided not to come back and to move on to our next destination instead. The staff was kind, but it wasn’t really what we were expecting or perhaps what we are used to.. it had more of a feel of a retreat than a hotel. Long shared tables in the dining room and very basic rooms. Can’t really say anything bad about the place, just not what we expected. Definitely would have needed s coffee maker in the room however as I wake up at 4:30 am and need coffee."

"The property needs to be advertised better . What’s in the photos is not the room I received. The ac is not on and takes a while to cool the bedroom as that’s the only room with ac . The water pressure is not good at all . I couldn’t get my long hair rinsed out . The items included on the welcome package were not included . They only serve pizza at the restaurant at the establishment. My room was not cleaned and I stayed 4 days . Left for breakfast daily and no bed made or garbage removed ."

"The food and drink are amazing! It is a beautiful setting over looking the lake. They have their own farm on sight and we were able to visit the animals--including baby pigs and horse. Highly recommend!"
