「The Alex was charming, clean and centrally located. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The views are spectacular, especially from the rooftop restaurant/bar. 「It’s a scam! I booked the “Classic Double or Twin Room, Partial Sea View” and it costed much more than the normal standard room which doesn’t indicate the SEA VIEW on the title. Guess what I got? A room with ZERO Sea View! I can only saw a huge building standing Outside my window. I took the photos for the record and told the receptionists, they just listened and say nothing. 「I had a one night stay before catching a ferry. The hotel is easy to get to, very close to the airport bus stop. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't included in my rate but prices were reaonable and there was a good choice.」

「Breakfast was very good. The room was hot and the windows were left open. Staff did not bring up luggage or tell us to push the button to turn the air on. Also they didn’t tell us we would need to repeatedly turn the air back on. We couldn’t leave our laptop to charge bc the power goes off when you leave the room. The check in app was cumbersome. Too many scans to get out of the building」
