They don´t speak other than germany and we did not manage to get anybody answering the phone. They require photo of you ID and of the credit card before coming even if you have paid the room in advance. Only then you get the code for the entrance and to your room. "Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter beim Check-In, Rechnungsversand per E-Mail... Zimmer von der Größe her total gut. Ich habe lediglich 1-2 Steckdosen vermisst. Große Dusche. Frühstück sehr gut. Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist top, Parkhaus direkt am Hotel, 17 € die Nacht ist mittlerweile ein üblicher Preis"
