Nice new and modern hotel. Trash bin wasn’t emptied when we got into the room so it has trash from the previous guests. Beds were quite soft for my taste. Air conditioning doesn’t work when it’s less than 20 degrees outside even while it was 27 degrees inside the room. Breakfast was good.

Fantastic business-oriented hotel. Very kind and helpful staff. Rooms are fairly basic but extremely clean and comfortable. Emphasis on energy efficiency- a big plus for me. Breakfast highly recommended- found myself looking forward to it every morning. Can’t wait to stay again!

Receptionist guy was very helpful with check in and with all our queries late night. We had a great breakfast and I must mention the waiter from Madrid was very kind. The only negative thing is the expensive car park.

Very nice new hotel

The place was very good! Very clean, nice breakfast, and very kind. I think this hotel is the best in the area. One thing ai hope they can improve: During the daytime, it is not possible to stay in the room quiet. All the sounds of closing doors and cleaning rooms are very well transferred.

Reception does not offer me correct information

I dont know whether the breakfast was included, but the receptionist told me it was not upon checkin, but someone else told me it was included upon checkout.....Would like to have clear information. Also I think I did not get a invoice for the dinner that I had......hm......I dont want to go back to the hotel to make a payment. What should I do? I am getting a 20% discount since I am a gold member, but where is a receipt?

Service hervorragend, nettes Personal. Zimmer sehr gut. Wohl dieses Mal hat die Putzfrau nicht alle Mülheimer geleert. Umgebung nicht besonders, keine Parkplätze in der Nähe, das Parkhaus ist klein und schwierig zu wenden aber preislich sehr übertrieben für Düren. Doch es ist und bleibt mein Favorit Hotel in Düren

Super nette und hilfsbereite Rezeption. Moderne Zimmer. Restaurant/Bar sowie Parkplätze vorhanden. Sehr zentrumsnah. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit erneut buchen. Einziges "Manko" ist das offene Bad. Nichts für jedermann. Dennoch vergebe ich volle Punktzahl.
