「The apartment is located at a slope while the outside of the road is not really clean and some rubbish were spread over on the road that perhaps the risbiish bin was full Meanwhile, it should be specified clearly that there’re no lift available so to let the customer consider whether we should book the apartment at top floor (3rd floor). 「Apartment itself was fine, wasn't the cleanest. However, the middle men agents that let this apartment are liars. Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. The amenities in the apartment...

「It is very cosy hotel in 100+ year old building. No elevators. Very clean. Rooms good, no complains, location is great: by the 'english park' of Bergen and in the University campus area. Love there is a fridge in the rooms for my beer.」
