「這家旅館就在市中心的City Center, 步行到許多地方都非常方便！服務人員態度很好，雖然照正下午三點才能入住，但我們從遊輪下來、抵達旅館的時候才早上10點！櫃檯的人員12點就讓我們入住房間了！我們住在4樓，落地窗推開外面還有個小陽台，種的花很有情調！早餐也很豐富！」

「The location is quite convenient and the room is good. Recommended to stay in the flats on ground floor; otherwise, you have to go up via a sharp slope stair with your baggages. The host cannot be contacted at weekends when we had some problems on handling the dishwasher (we only stayed here for one night at weekend). They finally replied us on weekday but it was close to our checkout time. We have already washed all the used dishes ourselves before their reply. 」

「I wish I had known that our room was on the 5th floor, attic apartment with a sloped roof. I'm tall and could only stand upright in the center of the room. I also wish I had paid attention that there was no elevator. The whole building has been beautifully renovated, but the apartment on the top floor does not look like the photos, because of the sloped roof. I appreciated the washer and dryer though. And the location near the ferry and the historic part of town was convenient. 」

「Breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect. Room design and hygiene can be improved. It would be better if a curtain can be added to the shower area so that toilet floor won’t get wet. Also, the wash basin was partly clogged, and this could be a problem.」

「In summary one of the poorest hotel quality I can get for the last 10 years. We booked the deluxe twin bed room for 3 nights in Bergen. Whilst it says deluxe it’s actually two tiny beds which is surely not a standard single bed. We picked the hotel due to its location but actually there are plenty of better choices. First of all we took over 20 hours to get to Bergen and desperate for a good rest. We were woke up by heavy rock music at 2am in the morning. Then the music lasted till around 4 am...

「Excellent location close to town, bus stops, Funicular railway and Tourist Information Office. Great breakfast including gluten free muesli and bread. Fabulous view from top floor room on the corner. Really helpful staff. REALLY WORTH NOTING : - Flybussen airport transfer bus available 24/7 to and from the Torget bus stop a few hundred metres from the hotel. Really enjoyable trip.
