「Clean room very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was varied and good. Close handicap parking to desk and elevator. Lobby is cold. Bring sweater to breakfast. Will stay here again when departing from IAH. Pleasant stay.」

「Charged for parking without being told up front…why??? I’m already paying for the room, just feels like a cheap shot getting charged to park. Only one elevator was working the whole time. No daily service to empty trash or anything.」

「I could not rave enough on how wonderful my stay was. The location was perfect for my young family and offered plenty of activities for me and my toddlers to walk to. The continental breakfast was delicious and the suite our family had was so spacious. 10/10 I highly recommend」

「Wi Fi connection is not very good at some locations in the room. 」

「very convenient for business and tourism people 」

「We had a great stay for the most part. Rooms were clean and nice. There was a loud party Halloween night by the pool. I and my daughter really needed to sleep but that party went on until after 1am. We were unfortunately overlooking the pool where the party was. If only I had remembered to bring some headphones.」

「the hotel is clean but I still can hear the noisy talk outside 」
