「We have stayed at this property at least 7-8 times. We always have a wonderful time. The rooftop area is perfect for quiet evenings. Access to the beach is perfect. The staff is always wonderful. The room was very clean but it has this odd musty smell that would not go away. In the evenings someone was on their balcony smoking weed which made our porch smell terrible, Not the properties fault. It was the first time experiencing this so we are hoping it was a fluke since we will definitely be...

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「I thought that the location of the property was its best asset. I think small decisions by management took away from the trip. Little things like performing minor construction in the same vicinity of where guests were staying could be problem for guests that sleep in for example.」
