Toilet paper was harsh, shower head was not in the best shape, and the knob for pulling shower on did not work correctly, we had a supper at the restaurant and it was terrible, a continental breakfast would have been appreciated

Hampton Inn by Hilton Edmonton/South, Alberta, Canada
Expedia listing did not mention renovations and it was quite loud above our room until about 9:30. We also wanted to use the hot tub but we checked twice and it was lukewarm. We were told it would be ready to use the same evening but it was still lukewarm around 7. We didn’t check again.
