staff were friendly and helpful. building and rooms were below average condition. seemed like two ice machines for the entire hotel. fitness centre equipment was missing some grips to make it useable.

Could use some improvements. Always short towels in the pool, short towels and toilet paper in the rooms (we were with a team and pretty much everyone had the same issues). Sandman Hotel Edmonton West
Room was very clean and front desk staff (Maria) were super kind and accommodating and made sure our rooms were next to each other. Walls very thin. Noise carries through everywhere, doors slam so hard on all the rooms and reverberates all through the hall.
