Pros: great location, good space, easy check in. Cons: Towel full of lint, could do with bigger bowls, no cooking oil provided, smoke detector alarm went off so easily on using the oven (even if nothing was burnt), and heated towel rack could only be turned on when heating for the entire apartment was turned on (which made the entire place too warm, otherwise we had damp/ cold towels).

Perfect location. Just 1/2 a block from the Royal Mile. Gorgeous historic building. Having a cozy apartment that is centrally located was great. The apartment was wonderful and exactly what we hoped for. Highly recommend!

Apartment is excellent but the directions to the property supplied were not for the property we booked so we wasted time trying to find it. Other than that the only thing is that there was only 6 coat hangers.

Great base for an Edinburgh adventure

This apartment was an excellent base for our trip to Edinburgh. There was plenty of room, and the full kitchen allowed us to decide when to eat out versus making something for ourselves. The combo washer/dryer also allowed for a simple clothing refresh when needed. The bedroom/loft was not ideal to access for the over 60 crowd. I would love to stay at this property during my next visit!

Great location on The Royal Mile. The area was really busy because of the festival, but our apartment (no 4) was out the back and really peaceful. We are in the 3 Blind Mice pizza restaurant below which was good.

We had a lovely stay at the Linton Collection Apartments over Christmas. This was our third year spending Christmas here and once again we loved it. The location is ideal, just off the Royal Mile, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay — it really was a perfect Christmas. We were especially grateful that the team kindly allowed us to check in and access the apartment a little earlier, which made a big difference. The only very small disappointment this time, was that we didn’t get our usual apartment facing Arthur’s Seat — something we’ll be sure to request next time. I think the wreath on the door is a lovely touch, but it would have been nice to have a small little tree inside the apartment even if it is just on the table. Overall, another wonderful stay and we look forward to returning again.

This loft was exactly as the description. Lovely amenities and walkable to everywhere. The only suggestion would be to have a fan in the upstairs loft part as it can get warm up there. Loved our stay and will definitely be back! Thank you!
