"At the entrance, we were greeted by a giant dead cockroach that remained there for at least three days—the entire time of our stay. When we checked in, we were given a room with a very strong musty, humid smell, so we had to call the front desk and request a different room.
The second room was not much better. The carpet was very dirty, and the walls and curtains had visible stains and grime. The toilet clogged twice during our stay, which was very inconvenient.
