「I have never stayed at a place that was this visibly dirty but the worst part was the black mold in the bathroom ceiling. My son is asthmatic. We left soon after we checked in and we're able to find a much nicer hotel down the road. We had children and a senior dog with us so it was stressful having to find a last minute place. I am glad the front office was immediately willing to give us a full refund unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.」

「Found a roach in the room. Don't use the gym pull up bars you will hit the roof and pool area also looked dirty. Staff was friendly.」

「It was our first trip to St Augustine, FL. Since we flew, this was the perfect location for UBER and the Old Town Trolley even has a stop at the hotel due to the beautiful bay. The hotel was walking distance to St George St and several attractions, City Gate, Oldest School house, etc I would definitely stay here again」

「It was an average stay until I woke preparing to check out and find a cockroach in the shower. I videoed it to show the female that has been in the office every morning since my arrival. She glanced at the video and was very dismissive towards me. Not one apology or concern about what I just showed her. She checked me out and said “ok all done”」

「location was great, not any choices at breakfast, but had coffee and one juice, needed more towels but hard to find someone to ask. check in a little questionable looking where to go with door locked.」

「I took a day trip to St. Augustine with my partner and we stayed at this inn. It’s in the heart of the historic center of St. Augustine so we did not have to drive once since we got there. The room was very clean and well decorated. The amenities were great, and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were super kind as well. I would return to this inn should my travels lead to st. Augustine again.」

「Breakfast not good at all, not even had bacon and the sausage was kind of weird, can not even tell what kind of material was made of, the location has no parking only valet and my car was scratched and no body was responsible, the tv in the room was so dark can’t even watch a series at night and the control has no function that can adjust the tv, the place is located in a bad area, do more research because sometimes the pictures misguide you, not a good place」
