「We stayed at the Kings Head last weekend and had a lovely time. The pub itself is gorgeous, decorated beautifully, it is cosy and inviting and located in a lovely spot by the stream.Although the actual car park itself was small this was no problem as we parked literally a couple of minutes away on the lane, perfect as it allowed the opportunity to see a tiny red squirrel busy in a nearby tree. 「Very good breakfast. Staff very helpful, friendly and polite. Good location and room, but lacking in a few basics found in other places, e.g. tissues,biscuits, safe, iron. Good value though and worth staying in. Recommend access from A6. Poor TV reception, no doubt due to location but presumably could be boosted.」
