「El lugar muy bonito, atención muy buena, la habitación limpia pero no contaba con agua caliente. El problema radica en que el aplicativo mandaba a que la ubicación estaba cerca a la playa y resulta que estaba mucho más lejos. Lo cual nos complicó el itinerario, si bien la anfrtioma buscó medios de como resolverlo al final genera mucha insatisfacción para usuarios del app(entendiendo que fue un problema de app).」

「Excelente lugar, súper acogedor excelente para pasarla un día cocinar descansar, tiene Netflix, muy buena limpieza y atención, estuvieron al pendiente de la llegada, hay muchos restaurantes, tiendas, miniMarket cerca. Un hermoso lugar para disfrutar en pareja o sola! Sin duda alguna volvería a reservar aquí. 」

「Location was great. Near malls lots of restaurants Got a bit noisy one night due to bar night but okay. Apt was a bit dated. Tub didn’t work. Kitchen utensils all broken. TV remote didn’t work properly, No coffee pot. But managed to make breakfast Main issue was with door getting stuck at times and owner took couple of hours to respond once. Aside from that great stay. Very safe area Very comfortable beds. Very clean」

「Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel. Les gardiens nous demandaient un code QR que nous n’avions pas. Au bout d’une heure, quelqu’un nous a aidé pour envoyer un message via whatsapp. J’ai dû téléphoner mon fils au Québec pour qu’il parle à quelqu’un d’Expedia. 2h30 plus tard nous avons eu notre chambre. Très déçue du service.」

「It was the worst night of my life There was a lot of noise during the whole night I was not able to get any sleep I was about to leave the hotel at 3am but they were not willing to give me my money back so I stayed that night The worst part was that when I complained multiple times about the situation they did not do anything about it」
