「This was my third stay at The Principal Hotel. The history of this property is unique and the rooms are amazing - essentially in brand-new condition and very tastefully designed and decorated. I've eaten at the adjoining restaurant, the Graphite, on one occasion. Amazing food! (When the Graphite is closed on Mondays, I eat at the Thai House restaurant within blocks of the hotel. 「Very rundown and broken. We opened the door to our room and instantly noticed hundreds of bugs dead on the carpet. We layed our sleeping children down on one of the beds and as we pulled the sheets back we found 4-5 live giant beetle type bugs. It was the most disgusting thing. There was hair all over the bathroom. We grabbed our children and left. 」

「We usually stay at drury properties no matter where we go, Fairview heights even though a newer one was probably the worst. The rooms were clean but the pool and hot tub were absolutely disgusting there were hair, skin pieces, bandaids, and the overwhelming smell of urine. 「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers.
