「I was up here for a wedding and had never been to Poulsbo. Was planning to stay only one night. Since I was going to see a lot of family hadn't seen in awhile, I decided to add a day. I called the office and the friendly, upbeat woman I spoke with got me the same room for both days. Came in to check in and the friendly, upbeat gentleman with the cool long hair, quickly got me checked in and even got my card to work both days. Cookie was good too!! Room was really clean and cozy. 「We loved everything about our hotel room! Very very clean and organized and even though there wasn’t an elevator (due to it being an historic building) we were helped definitely felt comfortable and taken care of.」

「房內的暖風機很嘈，半夜需要關掉，隔離馬路有間路宿者中心，有露宿者聚集，行去pike market大約10-15分鐘，泊車位置在對面碼路，需要付CAD35連稅. 需要用信用卡depositCAD100繳付，check out後退回尾數！雙人床房比較細，放下兩個28寸喼會窄！廁所乾淨及床都舒服！Lobby有水提供，早上有咖啡提供，Reception 有禮貌，讚！」

「Staff service and attidue are great. Remarkable ones are Ms. Sci of the Elevation Lounge, Ms.Lou and Katy at the reception, and Mr. Lazzar at the Bell service. They are helpful and nice. The room in general is good. Yet, it will be helpful if a notice could be posted in the corridor to remind people to lower the voice when talking so as to minimise disruption to other customers especially early in the morning or late night.」

「That’s terrible. It makes people feel very uncomfortable. Even if the flight was canceled and we were unable to check in, why can’t a refund be issued?」

「Good Part: The room is clean and well-prepared. There are several stores and restaurants nearby, and it’s not far from the bus station, which makes it easy to visit other attractions. Really like the inn! Not Good: My room didn’t have air conditioning. While a fan was provided and the temperature at night was manageable, I found it a bit uncomfortable as it doesn’t quite match my usual living preferences. 」

「Literally the most noisy hotel I’ve been to. You can hear all kinds of honking, sirens wailing, and plane passing. Might as well sleep on the street. Staff is great though.」
