「For some reason, we were upgraded from a standard double to a suite with a four poster bed which was a lovely surprise. The rooms are not serviced if your stay is 3 nights or less but you can place rubbish, used towels and toiletries outside your door and they will be removed and replaced. 「The room was clesn and comfortable, housekeeping staff were very helpful especially helpful with my wife who was a bit off colour. The general quslity of catering was better than our last. Our last day breakfadt was goid however consistency needs to be maintained. Front of house staff work very hard, especially Nial, & Jenny.
