"The unit didn't have WiFi/internet despite the descrition saying it did. When asked, the property owner took more than a day to reply and couldn't give us a solution. We spent our whole stay without WiFi/internet, which was a major inconvenience as we were not able to do work."

"Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...
