「We rent a room with shared bathroom and kitchen as the other options are sold out. To our surprise, the shared area were kept really clean, especially the bathrooms were cleaned quite frequently and all kitchen utilities were very well maintained. The dishwasher was a super nice addition for travellers. Downside was the wall between rooms were absolutely not sound proof, despite the provision of ear plugs, we still hear our neighbours at night. Yet, with its unbeatable location for puffin...

「Location is 15 mins more away from the spot pinned on Google maps. It's gravel road so not feeling good for spending extra 30 mins every time travelling to-and-fro. Our shower floods a bit in the first night, and we call the host for help. Luckily, there is another empty room so we're allowed to take shower there. The shower is fixed on the morning of the next day (the time we're out sightseeing), and everything is fine on the second night. Another minor issue is the room is not sound proof so...

「I’m writing to express my frustration regarding my recent reservation experience. My booking location was changed without any prior notice. Upon arriving at the original hotel, I found no front desk and no clear instructions. I spent over 30 minutes checking my junk mail but found no message regarding an access code or change of location. To make matters worse, I called the hotel more than five times, but my mobile couldn’t connect due to roaming issues. When the call finally went through, I...
