I’m writing to express my frustration regarding my recent reservation experience. My booking location was changed without any prior notice. Upon arriving at the original hotel, I found no front desk and no clear instructions. I spent over 30 minutes checking my junk mail but found no message regarding an access code or change of location. To make matters worse, I called the hotel more than five times, but my mobile couldn’t connect due to roaming issues. When the call finally went through, I was simply informed that my reservation had been moved—without any apology or prior communication. This lack of information and coordination caused significant inconvenience, and I hope this issue can be reviewed seriously to avoid such situations in the future.

員工非常友善及熱心，要先去3公里外的Gerdi Guesthouse登記入住，再開車到小屋，小屋很美設備齊全，但是暖氣有點不夠，客廳有點暗。住的是1號小屋，兩間房間內都有廁所沐浴真是超級棒。

We had a family room and there was enough space for the 4 of us. There were 2 bathrooms on our floor which were clean and remodeled. Kitchen area was spacious and well equipped. Could do with some new pots and pans though. All in all a good budget stay with basic kitchen facilities if you want to stay close to the glacier lake.

We had a large family room for 4 (you could easily fit more young children if co-sleeping). Common kitchen had other travelers making breakfast and chatting. (Keep in mind there's no food available at this location.) No problems waiting for the shared shower. Self-checking with code 24/7.

This property was quite overpriced for what you actually got. The restaurant at the guesthouse was really quite good. But the accommodations were noisy and quite tired.

It is not clear that there’s a shared bathroom, and even worse that it’s shared with another 6 rooms on the second floor where our room was located. It obviously represents also a challenge for we of smells in the house, as the common areas are shared, but again, this is not communicated anywhere. Check in is at a different location, and then they give you a map to go to the actual house where the room is located, which is not entirely clear. Instructions are poor.
