「We had an excellent overnight stay at this property - everything was clean and comfortable, the staff were delightful, and the views from the 3 bedroom apartment were fantastic. We would very happily come back again.」

「A great hotel! We stopped for the night and we were so impressed with the hotel, I wanted to stay longer but unfortunately we had a flight to catch. The rooms have recently been renovated and were just perfect, the location was an easy access to the domestic terminal. I have already recommended it it to our local friends. The harbor and surrounding area were pretty and many restaurants to choose. Check in/out were very easy. I will definitely stay again if I’m ever fortunate enough to come back」

「Great little space, we enjoyed our stay! Only feedback we have is, perhaps ensuring a can a fly spray in the room. As its spider season, we had a white tail incident, luckily my husband is super tough and brave 😂 」

「This is a very relaxing location, great motel and staff. Did have issues with noise from the room beside mine though」

「The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible...

「Apartment not as described No Bay view it was a park view if you lent over the balcony you could glimpse water through the trees just A very tired unit that needs updating Bathroom bench top completely cracked and not safe Check in was supposed to be three pm and we didn’t get in until after 5 as cleaners were working hard to get everything done Not worth paying extra for this unit like we did So many better places to stay at the waterfront at a better rate We were both very disappointed 」

「Great location. Disgusting room, overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. Dirty floors, dirty bed sheets/ stained, bath towels had brown stains on them, very outdated furniture, bed was so saggy must have been 50years old. If this place is the only accommodation available sleep in your car.」
