「"The staff is very helpful. However, the hotel's infrastructure is not up to standard. The WiFi is extremely slow, especially at night. Additionally, the shower drain was clogged, and no action was taken even after we complained."」

「Her şeyi beğendim otoparkı dışında o yüzden konuma düşük veriyorum. 」

「Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü ve kibarlardı erken checkin konusunda çok yardımcı oldular.」

Everything in the room was nice and I liked the big trash can in the room as many hotel trash cans are very small. Breakfast was also delicious. The location is in the city center, very convenient to go anywhere.」

「The location is excellent, the cleanliness is good, the hotel has a beautiful historical setting, the staff is attentive and helpful, the breakfast is rich, high-quality and delicious, and the kitchen staff is helpful.」

「The property is well maintained and well managed. It is my first choice of hotel in Kars.」
