The view of the lake was magnificent. However, although there was a hotel terrace overlooking the lake, it was very bare - not a plant in sight. Very unloved and the staff didn’t seem to be very enthusiastic. One waiter threw the bottletop from a beer bottle over the wall onto the lake shoreline every time he served a beer😳. There was some small building works and a waiter was pushing the wheelbarrow to help, and they then tipped the dirt rubble over the wall onto the side of the lake! No care for the environment. Our room was large but very basic and old fashioned. On the plus side, reception staff were very polite and helpful.

Delightful stay

Our stay was excellent. Hotel located just near to lake. Breakfasts have stunning panorama at the edge of water. Staff was so kind and helpfull. We enjoyed every minutes of our experience. Don't mist to try local breakfast staff "kavut" and "murtua"!

Das Hotel befindet sich an einer sechsspurigen Schnellstraße. Auf der einen Seite verläuft unmittelbar diese Straße, auf der anderen Seite liegt der Vansee. Wir reisten gemeinsam mit Freunden an. Aus nicht nachvollziehbaren Gründen erhielten unsere Freunde ein Zimmer mit Seeblick, während uns ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite zugewiesen wurde. Das Personal an der Rezeption war wenig hilfsbereit und konnte uns keine Erklärung für die Zimmerverteilung geben. Da wir drei Nächte im Hotel verbrachten, erkundigte ich mich nach einem kostenpflichtigen Upgrade. Man teilte uns jedoch mit, dass das Hotel vollständig ausgebucht sei. Während unseres Aufenthalts im Zimmer war die Geräuschkulisse so stark, dass der Eindruck entstand, Fahrzeuge würden unmittelbar durch das Zimmer fahren. Die Fenster waren zudem nicht ausreichend dicht und aufgrund ihres Alters nicht ordnungsgemäß schließbar. In der Folge habe ich eine Beschwerde-E-Mail an den Manager, Herrn Mustafa, gerichtet. Dieser reagierte umgehend und ermöglichte uns ein Upgrade in ein Zimmer mit Seeblick. Dadurch konnten wir den Aufenthalt in den verbleibenden drei Nächten in deutlich angenehmer Atmosphäre verbringen. Auch unsere Freunde empfanden das Personal an der Rezeption als unfreundlich und wenig serviceorientiert. Unser Zimmer selbst war jedoch geräumig, die Betten komfortabel und das Badezimmer großzügig sowie gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend und die Kellner waren sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.
