Fantastic stay! Great beds, clean, super breakfast, and amazing location, but it was the staff that made all the difference, especially Berk. He was so helpful with all our questions, even checking to make sure we connected with our bus upon leaving for Van. Highly recommend!

This a beautiful hotel in a historic building, very close to many sites. The staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood has many restaurants and inviting cafes. Kars is a must visit city as it’s full of charm and history. Our stay at the hotel added to the pure enjoyment of this special city.

Nice little hotel

We had a wonderful experience at Ahiska Palace. The staff are friendly and helpful, the ambiance is very modern and the room was extremely comfortable. The hotel is in the very centre of town and close to all the main attractions.

Okay hotel close to mosque and castle. Good breakfast served to you, nice staff however very limited English spoken. Good stay for a day or two. About 20 minutes Walk to bus station and train station. Lots of restaurants a few minutes a walk from hotel with typical Turkish food options.

Great location and a comfortable new room

Ahıska Palas is one of the few newly renovated and furnished hotels in Kars with the best location. Not only most of the places to visit is literally a few steps away but also the restaurants and dairy shops which are bound to be in your list to visit. Kars hotels can be old. This isn't. The building is, which has the unique Kars character, but not the rooms or inside. They are newly furnished and quite comfortable. The service has been wonderful. The breakfast is served on your table (not an open buffet) but you should imagine an open buffet on your table with lots of variety. The hotel has rooms on the ground floor but no elevator to the second floor. It is mainly wooden structure inside and the sound proofing isn't that great. Also, if you need complete darkness in the morning to be able to sleep late, there isn't a good solution. We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely choose this hotel again if we revisit.

Otel seçimimizi çok iyi yapmış olduğumuzu otele giriş yaptığımızda daha iyi anladık. Otel personelinin güler yüzle karşılaşması, odaların temiz, kahvaltıların doyurucu ve efsane olması bizi fazlasıyla memnun etti. Çok memnun kaldık.

Otel gayet temizdi, otel personeli bir o kadar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Kahvaltısı gayet dolu doluydu. Tuvalet banyo temizliği idealdi. Otelin yeri de harika, her yere yürüme mesafesi. Tek sorun otelin otoparkının olmayışı ve odadaki pencerenin biraz ses geçiriyor oluşuydu. Kars’a geleceklere memnuniyetle önerebilirim. Tertemiz ve konforlu bir otel.

Genel olarak güzel ancak fiyatı daha makul olmalı

Öncelikle otel çok yeni bir oteldi ve buna bağlı olarak da her yer çok temizdi ve çok güzel de kokuyordu. Odalar aşırı sıcaktı gündüz iyi ancak gece uyutmayacak kadar sıcaktı. Odamız üst kattaydı ve gece resepsiyondan çıt sesi dahi yukarıya yankı yapıyordu çok rahatsız ediciydi. Kaldığımız oda çok dardı. Sabah kahvaltı sizin için özel hazırlanıyor serpme kahvaltı mantığında ve her şey lezzetliydi. Yan taraftaki Seyidoğluna geçiş yapılıp orda yeniyor. Ancak belirtmeliyim ki orda montla oturup kahvaltı yapmanız gerekir çünkü orası da odaların aksine soğuktu. Genel olarak iyiydi ama bu fiyat asla edecek bir otel değil onu söyleyebilirim. Bu fiyat bandına çıktığınızda farklı yerler de eminim bu standartları verecektir.

Une belle aventure humaine

Très beau bâtiment historique rénové avec goût, situé au pied de la forteresse dans le centre historique . Élégance de la pierre et du bois. Chambre confortable et très propre. Accueil chaleureux et personnel efficace , très agréable et parlant plusieurs langues .Le restaurant offre un service permanent et la cuisine est délicieuse. Merci pour les discussions éclairantes.
