「The room was visibly dirty. The gap between the door frame and the door was so large light came through, and there was a noticeable breeze. There were loose tiles in the bathroom. The hot tub was non-functioning, which sucks because the hot tub is part of the reason I booked the room. All in all it was not a great experience.」

「The first room we were assigned had a bed that was soaking wet from the ceiling leaking. The second room they assigned us ended up having bloody sheets that we didn't realize till the next morning. I had to remove the blood stained sheets because "housekeeping doesn't understand English and won't know to change the bedding." 「This is one of the best stays I have possibly stayed at. This includes some luxury hotels I’ve tried that were just garbage. It has a nice heated pool and hot tub that I have never experience before and the room was big, had two bathrooms and super clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy! You won’t be disappointed. :)」
