When we arrived, the house was already in poor condition. Several areas showed visible damage and lack of maintenance, making it clear the property was not properly prepared for guests. 「The home was beautiful but when I booked it I noticed the cleaning fee. I tried to cancel literally minutes after realizing my mistake and it said I was going to be charged for 1/2 of my per night charge. Be sure to check cancellation policy. Also I would google map the area with street view to see the surrounding area. If I had done that I would have chosen a different place to stay. Also take time to do a preinspection for cleanliness. Also there’s no view of downtown 」
