「The room was cool, the staff was helpful. They were short staffed and the hotel was booked solid so they did very well under the circumstances. The only negative was the internet was not working either last night or this morning and the phone wasn’t working to complain about it. On the whole it was adequate. 」

「Staff did what they could to assist the TV not working, broken shower, and broken coffee maker. Spent much of our time watching maintenance fix everything. Then we had kids running up and down the hallway and dogs barking all after 11PM. Not happy with this stay.」

「We had a great stay. The staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. The breakfast had a basic but plentiful menu which made it easy to get our kids to eat what was served. This property also had a Casey’s, McDonald’s and a Burger King within walking distance and other restaurants and a Walmart within a short drives distance as well. If we ever need to stay in Bellevue again we know a great place to stay! 」

「We had a good time and the staff was wonderful. However the Wi-Fi didn't work and we couldn't put our Netflix up because of that. Some of the property was outdated and I thought it was updated I would want to stay there but I don't want to pay for remodel.」
