「Staff was nice」

「The room was bright and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The front desk staff member who checked us in was so sweet and informative. I would love to come back again with my kids and spend some time at the pool.」

「The experience is good. The location is very good, shopping and dining are convenient, the front desk is fast, the room has no odor, the location is easy to find, and there is free wireless internet. I chose a family room, that can accommodate 5 people. The price is very cost-effective and the stay experience is good! It is worth recommending this hotel.」

「We were charged $151 by Expedia and when we checked in we were charged an additional $121. The staff was snippy and Un responsive stating it was just a hold charge but my husband told her it went thru as a sale and she wouldn’t do anything basically saying it was our problem.」

「Room did not appear to be cleaned upon check in and shower was disgusting. Noise from exterior door to parking lot opening and shutting kept waking us up. Staff were extremely nice, friendly, and helpful.」

「My room was not as clean as I was hoping. There was still leftover stuff on the stove that I scrubbed off. The pans and stuff all had this weird film to it even after I washed it. The cups didn’t feel or look super clean and my sheets and pillow had little hairs on it. Although I asked for new sheets those had hair too so I shook everything off and tried to move on. The room itself was great and super spacious just felt like it overall could’ve been cleaner. Even the carpet seemed a little old....

「The pool was closed for the entire 7 nights of my stay. When I booked, the pool was one of the amenities.」

「Mattress was comfortable but we did have to ask for a set of sheet for the pull out couch. Staff was polite, breakfast was basically good though I had 3 kids with me that wanted pancakes but the pancake maker was broken. The cinnamon rolls were amazing! Location was convenient. Pool area was very tidy and clean and did have towels available. There was no coffee pot in the room. Being that we had a number of people staying, which was disclosed with the reservation, they're definitely could have...
