「Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel was very cute and unique—it felt like staying in a large historic house that had been converted into a hotel, which gave it a lot of character. Everything was clean, and we had no major issues. The only downside was that our room was on one of the upper floors, and there was no elevator. Carrying luggage up several flights of stairs was quite difficult. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.」

「The property has improved since our last stay 3 yrs ago, but there was no electrical outlet to plug in the lamp in between the beds so that resulted in having to charge our cell phones and plug up the lamp across the room. Also Expedia said there was direct access to the beach, but there was no access at all without leaving the property. The attendant that checked us in was really nice and the lobby smelled fresh and clean. Overall, it was okay but really pricey, but it was a holiday weekend.」

「They say that I didn’t paid for reservation so that’s why they gave my room to someone else when I call the hotel they said the don’t have any room left」

「We arrived at the hotel and was told it was canceled. We didn't receive an email or any notification of the cancelation. We had nowhere else to go. They scrambled to find us a room but the only room available didn't have AC. It's the middle of summer in Texas. They did give us a discount on the room with no AC but it smelled like mold & stuff & extremely hot.」
