「I stayed at this hotel twice and never paid a deposit fee. I then reserve a room again, and I went to check in and the guy at the front desk said that I had to pay a 250$ deposit on top of my room. He was being very rude and nasty. It wasn’t about the money at all but why was I not charged before. On top of it why are they charging so much for a hotel that has nothing special about it, and only being a 3star hotel. I have stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels at EASTON that don’t charge no where near...

「We booked a suite at TownePlace, but they had issues with the room. They transferred us to their sister hotel next door and booked us in 2 rooms to try to accommodate, but they were not adjoining rooms and we did not want to put our small children in a separate room. Ultimately we did not get the type of room that we paid for.」
