"Beach is good, entertainment not bad, pools are well designed. Here are the issues:
[a] Good English speaking staff required in reception - current staff unfocused & ill-mannered
[b] Stagnated Water easement in mangroves - stinks
[c] Bathroom drainage stinks when dry
[d] Room drawers stuck and difficult to open
[e] AC doesn't cool consistently
[f] Only 9 doors & See-Sea restaurants are ok - the omelette station staff do not appear to know how much salt and pepper required for taste
[g] Elevator floors numbering is ridiculous
[h] Too much variety of food in flavors restaurant but not tasty
[i] Guests should be allowed at least one restaurant option outside the main resort chain
[j] No free floaties at the pools - very inconvenient
[k] Phone handset was not working in the room, only works on speaker after much trial and error
[l] Too many cats near guest walking areas
[m] Not enough floaties for adults even in the shops"
