The staff was over the top and amazing. My flight was overnight and I missed my stay for the night but the lady at the front desk extended my checkout until the afternoon so I could at least take a night. Amazing property and in such a beautiful neighborhood as well. Would definitely come back!

Our room overlooked a school courtyard. The kids were constantly in the yard yelling and shouting from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm. It was horrible. They never mentioned the hotel is in the middle of a school.

"There were not enough staff in the Restaurant or the Bar. At Breakfast, tables were not cleared; Food items not replenished etc. Staff were trying hard though it seemed. Only one person at the Bar at one stage who had clearly not been trained sufficiently e.g. she did not know how to open a bottle ..."
