「We did not have a pet. The staff was wonderful. Jamie was at the desk when we came in and helped us figure out the TV remote. It was one we were not familiar with. The next morning Jo Ellen took the time to talk to us and did tell us where the ice machine was. It had snowed all night and there was a lot of snow on our car, and we did not have our big brush. 「This is the nicest facility we have stayed at, it’s beautiful, we were moved to a ground floor suite ,since my family member had difficulty walking, Emily was fantastic! I was so excited to be able to sit on the back porch of the room, we had ducks visit and at least 6 black and grey squirrels. I cannot tell you in enough words how fantastic this place is! If there was a 10 star rating this wonderful resort would receive it. Dan the Maintenance manager was so kind. The interior was spectacular...

「Property is very nice, rooms are clean but rather dated. Bathtub was very slippery, wife slipped and would have hit her head on the tub if not for the shower curtain.」

When I pointed out that Expedia screws up our resevation for three for two bed stay, they did not charge extra by still gave us the beautiful room we had reserved, as well a the taster Sunday brunch!
