「Lauren was awesome at check-in- so friendly, even offered us a dinner coupon and told us about live entertainment in the bar/lounge area. George in valet- amazing! Helped us when we couldn’t find self parking, so nice, happy and smiling every time we passed him, always asking if we needed any help w anything during our stay! Always amazing!」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the fireplace in the room and the cabin feel. The balcony looked over the creek and it was so nice to step out and watch the geese and ducks and hear the running water. So beautiful. The location was great. We walked from the hotel to everything we wanted to do and the trolley passed right by if we would have wanted to use it also. 」

Parking is always a little rough when you have large trucks. It would have been nice to know about the $15 per night packing fee. That was new to us. Overall a good place to stay very convenient to the strip and walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. 」
