「Lovely staff who were really helpful. My booking conformation said "Pay at Hotel" on it but the manager spotted I had already paid at the point of booking and refunded me due to Expedia's mistake. Despite being in a busy pub, the room was quiet and everything was clean and worked properly. 」

「This price is not worth it. We booked one night, when we arrived at the hotel, there keycard system something wrong, we got the room without keycard for few hours, really inconvenient. We went to swimming pool, though the door without keycard, so we can’t entre, we back to reception again, after that we were waiting for the leisure reception staff a long time, really angry about it.」

「There was a little confusion about late entry, but it was all sorted. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed our room and an excellent breakfast and lovely staff. Thank you.」

「The rooms are basic but for short stays ideal and for the price a bargain, (from a woman’s point of view they could do with a shelf other than the one beside the bed to put toiletries on in the bedroom and one in the shower cubicle) The rooms are clean and have tv, safe and tea/coffee making facilities. The price of the room included breakfast which was amazing, choice of full English (including black pudding for those who don’t think a full English is a full English without it ) continental or...
