「Overall stay was good and customer service was good It was close to everything and views were good . The only thing that bothered me was that no one came in to clean our sheets or give us new towels or toilet paper all 4 nights we were there. We had to go to the front desk or find house keeping cleaning other rooms just not ours.」

「They had one hot tub that was operational, so we didnt use that amenity since there were other people in there. The room was very small but good enough for us as we were only staying for one night on the road to LA. Front desk staff were very personable and gave us a great tip on where to eat that evening. 」

「This is a remarkable place in Frisco. This isn’t just ‘mountain town’ chic, this is literally high class luxury in Frisco. The decor is old world opulence and, from a visitor’s point of view, this spa / hotel has everything you need- as well as everything you never knew you needed. The aromatherapy room, the billiard room, the parlour, aperitivo hour, the impeccable service, the cleanliness of the well appointed rooms, dual hot tubs… I could go on and on. Every aspect of your stay just feels...

「One microwave for the entire hotel. Staff was less than helpful this stay. Previous stays they were slightly better. Bedding isn't great compared to comparable hotels」

「Esta muy bien ubicado, te trasladan hacia la pista gratis y a la main street aunque caminando es muy cerca, lo único un poco incomodo es el estacionamiento con valet, aunque los chicos son super amables y muy serviciales, si es caro pero vale la pena si te gusta el confort, el hotel es super bonito y muy acogedor con su chimenea central; la recepcion muy rapida y amables todo el tiempo. Sin duda volveremos」

「Good location. Gross condition. We had hunks of hair our sheets and all over the pillows. Wish I had a picture of the hunk. Walls are paper thin. 」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The...
