「Let me start by saying we stayed here for a couple days because it was recommended by someone. After actually staying here, below are all the issues we had with and reasons why we will never stay here again: 1. Terrible food - we did all inclusive and never ate here after the first night. Very limited selection, potatoes were rubbery and unable to chew. 2. Staff - overall nice but not what would whoever in Mexico. 「The hotel is conveniently located across from the Star Medica Hospital where I had an appointment. It is in a good area with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The room we stayed was clean however the amenities were lacking. The bathroom leaked whenever we showered and wet the entire bathroom floor. The towels were worn and faded. We got a balcony but had no tables and chairs on it and our room (we paid for the upgraded room btw) had no couch and table as advertised and one single chair....
