「Great location 」

「An overnight stay needed before a uni offer day at Durham., I just wish we could have stayed longer. Clean, comfortable, everything you could possibly need and the views ! Hopefully the uni offer will be accepted and I can stay again for a while longer !」

「Overall, the room is warm and comfortable although it is relatively small, sufficient for move of one person. The bathroom is large and warm. One drawback is the location is not near to Durham town Center (35 -40 minutes walking distance) and go some slopes before reach the hotel. 」

「This was a very nice comfortable place. We had a little trouble finding it. Was easy to check in and out of. The only suggestion I would make was to put the exterior patio lights on a timer so that they turn off at night— if it’s hot and you have the window open then you have all the light from the patio. But it was very clean and comfortable.」

「Overall everything was good, our only issue was after being there for a few days we noticed the toaster was full of crumbs, obviously not been emptied for quite some time, and the oven tray had not been cleaned after it had been used. We hadn’t met the owner, so decided it was easier just to clean them both before using them. On the hole, everything else was excellent. 「There were several family members who stayed her for a family reunion and it was perfect. Caitlin was a lovely lady who looked after us she was extremely kind and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The rest of the staff were just as nice and friendly. The meals were great and huge, it was a shame that we couldn't have stayed longer to try one of there roast dinners. The rooms were spotless and very well kept. If we needed extras for our rooms we only needed to ask. We would definitely stay...

「Not great for EV drivers as when you take the car to charge, you cannot return to the hotel to park. And the cleanliness in the bathroom prevented me from bathing my 3 year old.」
