「This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking. This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn. Having paid in full through Expedia, was told at reception on booking in that we haven't paid so a credit card was presented and payment taken (again) from that. When we checked out, I had the email confirmation from Expedia which stated it had been...

「lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our stay at the Lamlash Bay hotel, we were in one of the top floor rooms so the slanted roof was a bit of an issue for me but I managed to navigate without too many bumps. We really enjoyed the food on offer in the restaurant and it was nice just to chill out in the bar or take in the views outside, Top quality food, location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. 」

「This was a gem of a find just steps from the firth at Irvine. Lots of little shops nearby and a huge shopping mall just a 10 minute walk away. 」

「Fabulous place to stay . Lovely rooms . Situated 5 minutes walk from the station and 15 minutes away from the back . 「Absolutely brilliant experience. The hotel is beautiful. Staff are so friendly and welcoming they can’t do enough for you. A bit slow when ordering room service a few times we had to phone twice as nothing arrived and it took over 1 hour when it did. The food for a 5 star hotel isn’t the best and not worth the prices charged for it. Very adverage food. 」
