「Good location, we walked into the town centre for an evening meal. Don’t leave breakfast until the last 15 minutes! We had to share a cup, and the coffee and hot water had run out. Great parking, room ok, but cups really need to go through a clean dishwasher.」

「I had a room booked for me and I am disabled ,so a while later rang to make sure it was accessible and had to pay extra(disability discrimination?) on arrival was assured it was a “deluxe room” .The bathroom was run down with copious mould ,dust from quite a while built up on skirting boards ,and behind bed heads. Dirty crumpled paper under mattress topper?,milk and drink accessories not topped up daily . Picnic tables 6 ft from room windows so very noisy at night. Dead plants and plastic flower...

「I didn't actually stay at the Bell, I was taken into hospital with Pneumonia but I wanted to say how fabulous Catherine was after Expedia had neglected to send me a confirmation email so I was unable to cancel in the time frame required. The customer service from Catherine was over and above, she is a reason I would want to stay at the Bell. It's rare to receive support, understanding and recognition that customer service is the backbone of a business and I can't praise her enough. I」

「We recently stayed at Longs Inn in Woburn for one night and, unfortunately, were quite disappointed. The property is in need of some updating and, overall, we found it looked tired, outdated and rather scruffy. Our bedroom had clearly been dusted and hoovered, and the bed itself was comfortable, but the furniture was very old and the room generally felt like it needed some investment.
