「Everything was great. Although when we arrived and the doors were locked and it wasn't clear how to check in. So we called the phone number and the owner answered, he lives on the second floor, he came down within 5 minutes and gave us the keys and showed us around. He was very informative and he gave us all the info we needed including info on the town, places to go, and he was very helpful.」

「The staff were friendly. But from the time I walked in and was told that the first floor of the hotel flooded I knew there was going to be a problem. When I got my alternate room, I could see it hadn’t been used for some time. The carpet had yellowing-brown and red stains. The mirrors were dirty. In the bathroom there were no towels. We had to ask for the refrigerator that was supposed to come with the room. We were told they were short on refrigerators, so they had to go to an empty room to get...
