The Cotton House is a modern hotel with very friendly staff and is located within walking distance of several restaurants and shops along Cotton Row. Our room was very spacious and comfortable.

The property is in a perfect location for Cleveland, MS. It's a lovely hotel with equally lovely staff. Great rooftop bar. Good food menu and nice restaurant with a cool vibe. The fitness room is smaller but nice and worthwhile. It's a good hotel. Rooms are well designed. Housekeeping staff was very good on our stay there. What is truly needed here is an A-1 housekeeping Manager. The Cotton house has all of the potential to get easily to a 4.5 star rating, they just need to be more honed and precise in housekeeping details. This hotel is the best no doubt in the area and I am pretty fastidious and it worked well for me. Do go!

I was in Indianola Mississippi for a conference but didn’t find any hotels to my liking so I booked here even though it was 35 minutes farther from the conference. Checked in after conference at about 10:30 and the lady at front desk had an open beer by computer. I know it’s a small town but this isn’t expected at a nice hotel. I was displeased by my room not being tidy. The bathroom shower wasn’t clean and the soap dispensers weren’t filled. I even left wash cloth over faucet to see if she would come in and clean but she/he didn’t. I even checked out a day early loosing money but couldn’t stay another night. The hotel is beautiful. The staff needs to drink alcohol on their off days and housekeeping staff must clean showers.

Although this was a business trip for me, I took some time to explore the surrounding areas. The hotel is located in distance to great food, shopping and entertainment. My room was very comfortable and suitable for the work I needed to do. It did not come with a microwave, but when I requested one it came immediately.

Very friendly and helpful staff. In-house restaurant is great, delicious food and reasonably priced. The Cotton is located right in the middle of downtown with walkable access to local shopping and dining.
