Clean and well-kept. All furniture and equipment in room was up-to-date and good. A very comfortable place. One minor frustration was that our room had a very low shower head, but that may be a quirk of that particular room's space.

The shower didn't work and the heat never turned off no matter what temperature you set the thermostat to.

Park Point Marina Inn
The hotel in general was smaller but made it much more intimate and cozy. There was limited parking so if you get there later you’d have to park closer to the little walking bridge a short distance away. Check in was smooth, they do hold a $50 fee on a card in case of damages etc. Key cards are reused ...
